@sadiemae0429 ammmmm nope I said exactly what I meant, Billy Miller is a phenomenal actor, one of the best of his generation as if evident by the magic he and Amelia are creating on screen and the emmy sitting on his mantle! Billy Abbott has been a blessing to the character of Victoria and vice versa, I stand by my original comment!
