I never even went in there. I wanted to have some fun and make it look cool so I climbed the construction crane in the alley infront of the projects and sniped the guy. =D I then felt like a pro.

Well that was weird... I watched this video beforehand and after killing the other guys I headed to the roof but the guy Clarence wasn't there. I headed back to first floor and he got a car and drove away so I had to start a car chase... no idea why it was different.

Easy way to do the mission is to go to the crane across the street and snipe him out takes about 30 seconds.

easy way 2 do this is just snipe him from outside the area... took me 4 playthroughs to even realize there was an execution scene
