I like Jay a lot, but he didn't make this song popular worldwide. I highly doubt that B.O.B really knew Jay back when he covered it. Not everyone is up on their kpop. All B.O.B really had to probably sign off on was the rights for Jay to cover the song. Stop trying to find something to be mad at someone about. I like both artist.

people really need to get over it... because at the end of the day it's B.O.B's song, NOT Jay's. and i understand that Jay made the song popular in SK, and i agree that it's wrong of him to try to use that to gain fame there. but everyone tries to promote their music somehow right? and why are people saying Jay is superior to B.O.B? because that isn't true, if anything they are around the same level, B.O.B may be even a little bit better. so stop looking down on him, cause you have no right to.

@amyrich2008 well i guess it does apply to me, but shouldn't B.O.B be considered a bit better? i mean it is his song, not Jay's, and in all honesty rapping is more B.O.B's profesion, Jays is more singing. but i do think people should have the right to say who's better, but i do not think that people who are completely blinded by kpop and their love for their "oppa's" should have a say. because at the end of the day, they will end up choosing the one they like the most, even if they are wrong.

I still think B.O.B should say thanks to Jay earlier than this because as I remembered, bout 1 year ago, when Jay posted the cover, his video even got more views than the original one. Even Chanel V mentioned Jay when NOY went up on the chart. Get the fact straight, B.O.B had released the song for about 5 months when Jay posted his cover and after that, that song got famous. I dont hate B.O.B, I even love lots of his songs but I think he might do this for his fame in Korea

It's not hatred that we feel, it's called being iffy. Jay made this song famous in KOREA (take note of that, KOREA, not WORLDWIDE), almost a year ago and not even once have we heard B.O.B. mentioning a thanks to him. Why now, when he's in Korea? Somewhere somehow he seemed like he's trying to garner attention of the fans by mentioning Jay seeing how famous he is there.

Well B.O.B, no one would even know who you are in Korea, let alone know your song if it wasn't for Jay.

@Lerlialen1 Maybe the 2 of them talked about the way the song was going to be performed backstage. As enjoyable as it might have been for the two of them to perform together it is B.O.B's song and he's not obligated to let Jay sing with him. If he didn't mention Jay in Korea people would have found a problem with that too. We have no real idea why they didn't sing the song together at ISA. I wouldn't call him a poser considering we don't know what the two of them discussed.

@BeautifulCallaLilies The song was already popular, that's why Jay covered it. It may have made the song more popular in Korea, but it's actually the song that put B.o.B on the map in the first place. And the singer on the song was originally Bruno Mars, who has an insane fanbase himself.

@TornOkayaki In Korea i believe Jay Park made BoB song popular. When Jay released his cover version of nothing on you, within 24 hours B.o.B version topped some of Korea's top music charts. But beautifulCallalilles is also wrong he acknowledged jay park for what he did for his song. Why else would he release a korean edition of Nothing on you feat Jay park, instead of Bruno Mars.
