This looks and sounds as if the uploader did this. You'll notice that you can not hear the crowd clap at all and that the music is coming through clear as day. I watched this when it was on tv and can attest that you could hear the crowd then. If they had been lip syncing as you all like to think then it would not have been so obvious and if it was they would never have been as popular as they were.
