thanks brother! i'm new to fishing in the northwest, just caught my first steelhead last week. i was confused how the egg loop worked thank you for the demonstration.
Great videos! I have done more fishing this year than ever before and I always learn something new from watching your videos. I caught my first steelhead this year. It was GREAT! 10lbs on the Wenatchee River.
THANKS BRO, IM 33 TAKING MY SON AND MYSELF SALMON AND STEELHEAD FISHING ON THE rOGUE FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR AND LOOKING FOR ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET, THIS WAS AWESOME THANKS BRO.
@dookiekong007 from personal experience I believe it's to keep the eggs on the hook, provide a scent trail for the fish and also entice the fish visually with the more vibrant colors.
@BorisWDell We love worms and use them almost as much as bait! Try smaller size worms and different colors too. Red, white. Micro jigs also work very well!
We have plans to fish in Washington quit a bit in the near future.

Just fished trout beads a lot in Alaska! They work great. We can buy cure roe at tackle shops on the west coast.
