I didn't watch any of these films until about 1 year after they finished the 3rd instalment in the trilogy mainly because I perceived it being more mindless Jason Stratham wankfest moronic shit!, and then a friend of mine for whom had bough the trilogy gave them to me to watch via his recommendation, so I thought, oh well fuck it, let's see how shit this is.

Like the armed forces who fell victim to the end of the Cold War with defence cuts, Bond should have been axed at the end of the CW. 007 is an anachronism and they haven't made a decent Bond in years. Some of the plots in the last 15 years have been an insult to the intelligence of the audience. Bourne films were superb, fast paced with a slick storyline.

@l00pb00t One of the reasons why I like it is that it's realistic. Bourne doesn't have face masks, laser watches and invisible cars. And also he doesn't have any superhuman abilities. He's very well trained but he gets tired, gets wounded and even makes mistakes (rarely) just like other people.
