just FYI for all who wants to remove the profile and the actual tethering option, i figured out how.

as GeekOfComedy states, you can just uninstall it by selecting the profile and clicking uninstall. however, in order to get rid of the tethering option that wasn't even there to begin with, you just have to go to reset and reset all settings.

Once your upgraded to 3.0 the features are there but some carriers like at&t disable both MMS and tethering while 02 here in Irl and UK Enable MMS but disable tethering so then you have to hack the phone by installing a profile. The best feature about this is that no jailbreak is needed

You open the link on your website. Find the settings for your Exact provider then do some copy magic. Head over to settings/general/network/cellu­lar data and paste em in the mms section i believe.
