My reasoning for who is going to die:

Obviously can't be any of these main characters because then Gossip Girl would fail as a TV show (B, S, C, N, D, J, or V)... There are also other clues such as one pic I saw where Chuck is looking crushed and Blair is comforting him. The only person that could truly affect Chuck like that would be Bart. So long story short--Bart dies! Definitely can't wait two weeks. They are being so cruel for having to space this episode so far apart from the rest.Goodness

Just because they show Serena when the call comes in about the accident doesn't mean that Serena is the most affected by the accident. Promos always mix it up so they don't give anything away. That shot could be something totally unrelated :)

And in the BTS we can see Chuck being miserable, and I think it's not because of Lily's death. so Bart is pretty much the only way. It can't be the captain 'cause Nate doesn't seem too sad so...
