it isnt a cheat i've done it using that track and when it LOOKS like he's flying, he's acctually wheeling its just the camera view.

i've managed go 2147483647kph in settle city using out of map glitch.

I saw the specs to make the car do that in a game magazine, and I remember topping max speed at 1048 mph on this track, reply to me if it's impossible but I think I did it many years ago but my memory is hazy.

I dont really now cause i havent played it in a while cause my playstations broken but i used the mitshubishi GT 2000 or something like that. it costs about 40,000 but if you tune it, you will get results.

OK amigo,your almost there....you need to do it on the race track now...go to the amateur League ,Turbo Race,it will be set up for 3 laps,go the opposite direction 3 laps,so you will have more time to make more time scores,it sometimes takes more than 2 laps to get a head of steam to charge thru it all,you can stay ahead of traffic also,they will get into your way...bfoxx121

Yeah. i already did one. it was the dream car championshiop on pro. it really bugs me that they get in my way, but it glitched and i went through the cars and then the wall. i ended up falling into emptynedd, but i went like 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 mph, no lie. it was just #'s across the screen.

This is a responce to vidman21...You didn't do it like this,you were going that fast because you used a program etc,this is totaly tuning and driving performance,try setting the car up and at least trying it like this,it is hard as hell to reach 1000+mph,you don't go flying off in the sky,you are driving with control of the car...
