at 3:30 you can do it an easier way - push down both the slopes/bridges and drive your car up there, then it is at an easier height to grab (the lever)

at the beginning you missed the route sign

watch until the end of the video. The sticker for the route 77 sign is late in the level so it's better to replay the level after finishing it, which I did. Then you can quit right after getting the items.
