Overall, I think TDKR will be the better film but Avengers has a lot riding on it, and Marvel knows it. They've spent around five or six years and tons of money to get to this point. @Cruiz954 watchmen (DC) was great as was V for Vendetta (also a DC movie). DC also trumps marvel in the animated movie dept. They actually produce quality animated movies with great stories.
