Wooh I had a flash back near the end. Similar situation. Both bikes were mine and she fell toward me. I rolled beside to prevent her from falling. Then she stepped on my foot and I pulled it panicking. It was was clown like. Saved both bikes. Still makes me LMAO thinking about it.
@Itsreload - And you feel so completely helpless ... you're so close, and there's nothing you can do. If she would have panicked and gunned it because of that wheelie ... it would have been a bad day (especially with a cop watching us from across the street) ;-) P.S. That little TW's got balls though, don't it?
@bakker46 - We were on that hill and she was focused on not rolling back when the turning truck sorta startled her and she said she thought "I gotta go" ... and she popped the clutch a bit faster than she intended. Glad to see that she has the natural instinct to stay focused during an 'Oh Shit' moment.
@sportyeight - I was holding my breath trying to remember some prayer or something, it happened so fast ... I thought she was going into the bushes ... AND what you can't see is that there's a cop sitting across the road at the stop sign when it happened ... fortunately the gods were smiling upon us. ;-)
