There's more atvs/utvs in WV than there are cars, and alot more trails here than most other areas in the US. People come from all over the country to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails here. That's why the number of accidents are high. If you seen how many atvs, and Rhinos are on the trails here at any given time, you would realize that the number of accidents are not that big.
haha this is bull shit im 15 and have been riding atvs for 10 years and havent had one accedent the reason people get hurt is because of misuse since 2005 60%of 165 atv deaths were on paved surface well each atv has at least on warning on it telling you not to drive on pavment i say its the drivers fault not the atv 1 GROUP RUIN IT FOR ALL THE RESPONSIBALE PEOPLE OUT THERE!
1. 60% of the 165 ATV deaths in W. Va since 2005 were on PAVED STREETS AND HIGHWAYS (1:52). they aren't licenced for that, you misuse it, you deserve what you get.
2. 30 deaths attributed to the Rhino out of the 150,000 sold? Simple fact is, in almost any accident regardless of vehicle, more then 90% of the time, its HUMAN error, too far, too fast, too STUPID. why accept responsibility now, blame it on the manufacturer.
Same as its not your fault your kid burned the house down, its BICS!!
In regards to this video I would like to point out that the highest estimate i have found in regards to atv deaths each year is 870. In the same year more than 40,000 people die in car accidents or that every year more than 18,000 people die from a home accident. I would have to say that atvs are safe... leave the manufacturers only.
Supid! I got an idea. Everything is dangerous, so lets lock ourselves in our houses, and don't go outside ever again. Sueing a company because of your own poor decisions is wrong. I didn't sue the Tabacco co. when dad died at age 43, because he made the desicion to smoke!
@yotamanwv i agree even walking could be danherous "well i was walking and fell in a creek bed and dround lets blame this on water" like give me a break if you dont do anything dangerous you would do litualy nothing at all use common sense if you dont want to fall in a creek dont walk by it
