  • Have you done that?

  • If you use something to hold Rosy's tail up she will be in a more confident state of mind while in them stressful situations. Maybe loop something round her tail then tie it to the sulky pole?

  • Check out sulkies built in Australia. Some are very reasonable and all are masterfully designed and built.

  • Ah, this looks like a lot of fun and a lot of hard work, too! My boy will pull a travois, drags logs and will even pull a little wagon. But I would love to take him out in a sulky. Unfortunately, I haven't the money to buy one and have it shipped to New Zealand. Any suggestions?

  • Rosy was three years old and Brett was 5 years old in the video. I re-watched it as I had forgotten what was in it. I am happy to say that Rosy pulls better now. Also the two dog attachment in the video is too long. The new model makes it easier for the two dogs to work together.

  • Great video. The dogs probably like to hear your voice! How old are they?

  • great! were did you order your cart from?!

  • This was a great video to watch! I have a very active staffordshire/american bulll dog who I cannot give enough excersise to just by walking. Is there any way to construct one of these for him? Or do you have to buy them? And what would you suggest for starting out on a sulky with a dog?

  • Awesome!

  • Hey think of the loose dogs as a useful training distraction...

  • They should get out of your way!!! Way easier for them.

  • Hi Shelly, Mushers are adamant that you don't talk at/nag the dogs. You say the commands but are quiet the rest of the time. That way they pay attention. It is like saying Sit, sit, sit, sit etc instead of "Sit". But mostly I just felt that I was nagging Rosy too much because I was frustrated with her. Daphne

  • Hope Rosy gets back on track. Why is talking too much bad? I talk to mine all the time I'm driving.
