Awesome grill. Do you know if there is a community of Genesis E310 owners? I just got mine 6 months ago. would sure be fun to exchange experiences. Grilled my first Thanksgiving turkey on mine, it's the first juicy turkey I've ever made.
Niiiicccceeeee........My friend likes to blanch the ribs with chicken stock before he cooks it over an open flame with his home made bbq sauce, but I like your way of cooking it is not as messy. That is a great BBQ, just a few questions, won't the bbq sauce burn if you wrap it in aluminum foil and were the ribs cooked before you wrapped it?
@MusicforMe123 thankyou, i cook them 1st for about 20min each side then put on bbq sauce and cook for 20 min more. they cook 1st with a dry rub on the ribs .

Nice! We just picked up our E-310. Natural Gas version in brown. Can't wait until the gas line is installed.
Question. Is there a gap where the doors close? I tried to adjust them but I'm finding a 1/8 gap or so. Not sure if normal.
