I'm 16 now, born in 1993, and I feel so greatful that I was able to grow up knowing Mr. Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a great man, he truelly cared about kids, and taught things that no show teaches anymore, he taught us something you won't find on blues clues, barney, teletubbies, even sesame street, he taught us that we we were special. Shows now focus too much on abstract things, Mr. Rogers was right to the point, he taught children to love others and themselves, and he said why.
I watched Mister Rogers with my own 5 kids and now with grand-kids. I can't think of him without my heart reacting happily and at the same time sadly. He was a man this earth needs more of.

I watched him every day while growing up. My home life was very rough with an abusive father. Mr. Rodgers had such a gentle spirit and I just thrived on that.

Thank you for posting this. This man made a huge impact on me as a child!!! I will always remember his generosity and kindness. When I have children, I hope all of his episodes are out on DVD-WOULDN'T THAT BE COOL!!! The mean comments that I have been seeing about Mr. Rogers makes me ill. I wish You Tube would do a BETTER JOB of keeping the jerks off of this site. They are so IGNORANT that they are watching something they don't like (and writing a RUDE comment on it) and that doesn't make sense.

how long is it? if its more than 30 min, you can't do it, unless you joined YouTube, like, 2 years ago, then you can upload as long a video as u like, otherwise the limit is 10 mins, and then some (not much, maybe 10 mins, 5-10 seconds???)

I would so buy Mr. Rogers DVD and watch them before I leave for work. If I had children I would have them watch it too. I use to love the puppet shows, he is missed greatly. RIP Mr. Rogers, it was a beautiful day in the neighborhood when you were around, now they have puppets with AIDS on Sesame Street, makes me sick.

DITTO! I loved him too and so did my family! I was devestated as well, and to help me cope, I started watching all the reruns! I know he's with the LORD and I will see him someday in Heaven! God bless you! the world needs more people like Mr Rogers!

Bizarrely, this is probably the only US kids show that never aired in the UK, which is a shame really as I've always wanted to see an episode :(
So no Mr. Rogers in my childhood sadly, I grew up on Sesame Street instead.

Yes, he was. Fred was ordained in the early 1960's with a charge to work with children and their families through the mass media. He took that assignment VERY seriously. Fred McFeely Rogers shall be remembered as a wonderful wholesome and totally honest human being who gave countless hours of joy to millions of viewers each day.
