Thanks for the comment. Actually, there are many people using advanced mental abilities NOW. 10% is average which means there are some using less, some using more. Who really knows anyway what the percentage is and how do they come to that number. It is interesting you used an Andrew Jackson quote. He was a racist sadistic killer, who authorized his men to mutilate the bodies of 100's of Muskogee people. Don't give up on people, not even the white man. All races are sacred. All are children of the Earth & Great Spirit.
