dude are you serious. broncos are shit. all the years and bodystyles. ive only seen one decent one, it was a mint condition 79 with a built 400 w/ granny . sittin on 38 boggers. he wanted 5k for it and the rockers where raising hell in it. broncos belong in junk yards. the only thing i have done with them is haul them to sims metal with my dolley and get paid more than what they are worth in scrap. 300=decent 302=shit, 351w=shit, 351c=decent, 390=decent, 400=shit, 460=decent
doesnt the explorer has that thing where if one tire is spinning it gets locked by the brakes, or something like that??? im planning on getting a 4x4 but i want something that has that thing.
the new ford explorers are only good looking in the eddie bauer eddition i think.... but with the right upgrades a ford explorer can actually go pretty fast
error #2 the explorer is in auto 4x4, they do not have it in 4x4 low like it should be in. The front and rear axles are obviously not locked as they would in 4x4 low
yeah you gotta deflate your tires a little, my friend forgot to do that and he got his s10 4x4 stuck on the beach and the tide came in and and the truck was literally tossed around in the surd for a good hour. The head gasket blew a month later but i don't know if that had anything to do with it.
thats the reason i own a 2nd generation explorer and not a newer one. i've taken my '99 explorer thru some shit that would make that sand look like a cake walk. the 4wd is so much more reliable on the older explorers
Yeah I agree... I sold an 98 to buy an 02 and the only things I don't like is that 4x4 dosn't work nearly as well as the old one and those big plastic bumpers look like crap.
@v1rus08 Absolutly worthless it is, i have 97 awd v6 and shoot, i have done so much with it, i love the thing, i hate what ford has done with the new ones, 3rd,4th, and 5th concept generations. i hate what the did.

air it down to 15-18 psi then put in 4x4 low and drive very slow not fast or you well get stuck even worse.
