if u are before sea level its not something that can happen remember this is the tropics you cant have an underground train system .there is a train system but its overground and goes city to city i have done a journey from lagos to kano over ground many yrs ago. great way to see the landscape changes... although i recommend first class travel for those who want to be adventurous!!lol!
