@SmaranM I used the projector for several hours that day and used it about 3 times since. My dog knocked it over a week ago and when I turned it on it popped the wire. but this time It melted onto the front glass making it look distorted when I tried to (Re-Fix) it.
When it worked, It surprised the heck out of me. I had to share the info with everyone. I hope it works for you and everyone else.
@phartattack mate THANK YOU!!! I used a coxial cables thin wire and did the same thing and fixed my lamp for my sony rear projection TV!!! Lets see how long this bulb lasts now. Thank you!!!!
