The thing I don't understand is..

That these dancers, and performance.. who dress up with clothing that isn't really considered "good" under ones religion. Shouldn't really be critized.

They aren't stripping around naked.. or having sex with everyone.

it's a fucking persona, a look, a dress. Nothing else.

Get over it.

I don' t know what religion she is. Being from Israel doesn't mean she is Jewish. And even if she was, it's great that she can understand the art, dance, music, language, etc of her Arab brothers and sisters. The conflict comes from both sides, the solution must come from both sides as well. Art is the universal language. If you can't handle a Jewish person even singing and dancing in Arabic style, you're part of the problem, not the solution.

So, we are all human beings and we must respect everyone. And yes, art is the universal language and Belly Dance is a beautiful art form from our Arab siblings. Thank you for the comment. i just think arabic music gives us so many beats and specially that song and im not saying its a bad coreography i just think there was much more beats she could've used to make the most out of it

I think that's kind of the point though, in her style. You grab the main stuff but hold back a little. It's not really supposed to be a literal translation of the beats alone. You have to capture the general feeling of the sections. Drum solos are for catching every little thing. Is that what you meant?

I believe this is the most "egyptian like" dance I have seen for her. Remembered again why I like this dancer in the first place!
