I have a 10 year old African Grey, he's extremely smart. He was $1800 when we got him. I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, not sure how much they are in other places.
it depends if you get them from a bird breeder or pet store. Pet stores burn you for about $1000 plus dollars and breeders anywhere from $700 and up depending on A African Grey Congo or Timneh Grey.
