Well, where to begin...Make sure you go get your reservations in as soon as you get there as the food in the "a la carte" restaurants are slightly better than the regular food. The usual place for dinner leaves much to be desired for. You'll understand after eating there about 3 times. Next trip I make to Cuba will NOT be an "all incl" but rather traveling around and eating local food, trying to speak Spanish. We did meet an awesome local (Pavlo) while we watched the fishers in the canal.
