i think the live version of "the past is a grotesque animal" is far better then the album version. bp was going down on the guitar like no body's business. it was the best song i've ever seen live to date.

Yea man, when I saw em I honestly didnt know he was snapping on guitar that bad. Looking back at this video he went nuts, he was running that song. Definitely a great song live, but The Mars Volta takes my top spot.
