Hi! I am trying Polyphasic Sleep and recording all my results, and how I'm feeling. I am specifically doing the Dymaxion Sleep Schedule(2hours a day) which is every 6 hours, you sleep for 30minutes. I discuss tips that I have found out from experience that can make the experience way easier to accomplish! I hope to be sufficiently adapted when school starts to be able to sleep before school, at lunch, and after school. the morning and afternoon sessions are only about 3 hours, so I should be fine.
