so if you buy the koni sport kit you have to cut out the suspension casing to make it fit? it looks like a head ache! is there no other way?

Yeah, only way you're going to have to do it is this way mate. It didn't take that long for us. Only problems I had was the nuts and bolts teeth worn out, made it hard for me to grab it with the allen key. Other than that, no, didn't take that long, roughly an hour max. But feeling the results its a big difference.
