lol 2dayy i got in a CL and it needed verification and i did get verified cuz i payed but the host was good so he verified all there was a walking ac130 and the mod menu but i couldn't acces it bucuz my up dpad didnt work and evry1 was joining crazy xD

no no. It does both. It is usually good for when u r in a clan battle or when ur recording or when u just dont want any1 to join but the ppl in the game already. As a side effect u cant join back in if u leave until a new game is started. And good tutorial.
