It's a CTAR-21. Acronym for "Compact Tavor Assault Rifle - 21st Century". Got it from a quick search on Wikipedia. If you would like, Google search on images "AUG A3" and "CTAR-21" and you can see that the shape in this video matches the CTAR-21 closer than the AUG A3. BTW, was your first comment meant to be a joke?
