and by the way Copa means Corporacion Panameña de Aviacion COPA. English Corporation OF Panamenian Aviation or Panamenian Aviation Corporation. ;)

No no Copa Airlines is the national and only unique airline of Panama that flies to other countries internatioanlly , Yes!, it is related with Continental but it has nothing to do with other central/latin american countries. If you fly in Copa you will always go to Panama or from Panama to somewhere else and vice versa. It is only a panamenian airline. As you can see in the plane there is the Flag of panama at the back just above the last window. For more info search the website called copaair

@FLIGHTANIMATION Continental had a partial stake in COPA several years ago, but has since sold that stake for a nice profit. I believe both Continental and COPA are in a flight/route agreement of some kind.
