In General everything is enabled.

In GFX everything is disabled except:

Render to main window

Auto Scale

Copy EFB to system RAM (real)

Use Safe texture cache.

Im runnin a core2duo and 2.4 ghz, 3.5 gigs of ram and a radeon 3870 and this thing is still so slow for me. it seems to run alot better for you tho. any tips you can give?

Dolphin is mostly CPU and GPU dependent. Have you enabled dual core in the general options? Try turning antialias off and anistropic filter to 1x in the GFX options. Check in task manager if any other processes take CPU. And lastly, try updating your DirectX with the newest packets.

I guess something else hogs your CPU and GPU though, try just turning off every program, including anti viruses and similar.
