  • Perfect and helpful for my 6th grade team that needs a set play with motion.

  • it better than a buket of mik

  • thats not motion

  • check it out 6 year old crazy little ball handler!

  • this is the triangle offense o_o

  • Looks like an effective offense, but is there a pass to the high post and if so, what are the options once given to the high post?

  • hêh_ãNyÓné_wÂÑNå_chAt_wìth_mÈ_ï_fÉEl_s0_lønëlý_tødÃý♬

  • biggest knock on this set is, regardless what shot u get, the defense will always have the advantage on the board

  • Why when they showed the game, the wing players never cut? You're showing a motion offense with the wing players cutting, but in the game they stay still and you throw a skip pass.

  • thats 3 second in the key....

  • Guys, i have tried everything and found some

useful ways to grow taller. Email me.

  • ls this offense to create the miss match?

  • triangle offense

  • The game footage is a more complicated variation of the play it seems. You can see the actions of the 5 being done by two players depending on where the ball is on the perimeter and the baseline movements are essentially the same. What is diagrammed is the basic movements of the play, which is sufficient for the youth level.

  • I've used this offensive with my youth team and it really works well at opening ope the middle for scoring options.

Other coaches see we are running the curl and actually tell there players to anticipate the corner pass. We go straight inside and usually get an open shot.

Once I can get my players confident driving through the zone, we will also be able to score on the ball reversal.

  • Woman coaches are nothing...basketball is just not for them.

  • @musicstuffer u know what you know nothing about basketball if you think it is just for men . and anyway ur comment is sexist it depends on ur coach . i you cant even play the game , bet i could kick ur ass . :)

  • @gillyx7 If your a girl You can't beat me I'm the second guard at my basketball team.

  • Comment removed

  • @musicstuffer u no what i am a girl . and a dam tall one at that . im a centre in my basketball team . so yeah i reckon i could . and anyway ur comment just proves once again that u r a sexist pig :)

  • Yeah, I don't get why the actual game footage doesn't match the what she was showing. I can see how this would drag the bottom defender out and open up the short corner if the opponent hasn't worked on bumping down.

  • what the hell, who unlocked the kitchen and let these women out

  • @speeron LOL

  • We have motion but we run it different our way seems to work better.

  • haha the game time footage is so random. isn't there any footage of the play or does it just not work?

  • HAHAHAHA it would be best if it were men players.

  • i cant respect women coaches idk why i just dont like em.

  • BAHAHAHA

  • shot clock in youth basketball????

this is a good vid my U12 and U14 team runs this play

  • in that footage of the actual game, did they play it a little loose because the pattern looked a little shaky? anybody?

  • What's his name?

  • my team runs tha same play

  • ur an idiot!!!!

  • Lol. my basketball team runs the same exact play

  • good vid

  • Pointless? check it out. Its the classic overload play against a zone. Your job as a coach is to drill timing and execution. The play is sound.

  • this play is pointless - its needlessly long which for youth basketball is a bad thing and they run the danger of running down the shot clock with no time to bail out and start over.

  • nice to see the game footage has nothing to do with the motion offense as described

  • dude thats alright for a zone O but when u think about it the base line cutter isnt nessesary...why not just have two players inside and flash ball side?

  • the base line cutter is the basic part of the play

  • Because having a baseline runner and giving him/her the ball at the short corner or long corner usually makes the bottom ballside defender close-out and that creates opening for a hi-post cutter or possibly a player posting up

  • huh?
