  • That chick at 1:10 is doing underhand grip, instead of overhand. Is that allowed?

  • Comment removed

  • I'm amazed at how negative people are towards this video. I only hope to be as strong as her one day.

  • lol i spat my drink when i saw those pull ups, some retarded air humping.

  • aside from the rag-doll pushups that was pretty impresseive.

  • the problem with crossfit is form... that's horrible, but I have mad respect for them tough, that's not because the form is bad that it becomes easy

  • thats some awsm pullups, now try it without trying to be a train or some shit, lol

  • Typical crossfit 'gym'. Everyone is amazed at the strong ones while they forget about watching and correcting the newbies or weaker ones. That woman behind her (as well as the others) should not be doing this, she needs to work on so many other aspects of training to be able to at least do a proper BODY weight squat. Typical of every crossfit video. You wonder why so many people are against crossfit, cause there aren't any videos proving otherwise.

  • jesus christ those pull-ups look like they could rip your tendons to shit!!

  • how is that a chin-up?

  • No pullup was harmed in the filming of this video.

  • 0:53 She turns into a hanging washing machine going through its spin cycle

  • so gammy

  • 21-15-9 Thrusters (95lbs) / Pullups Get em!!

  • @hellomynameis151 95- Males 65- Females

  • she's so fucking amazing.. but she's hurting her wrists in the thrusters.

  • cami's a fucking machine wow

  • What is with those fucked up "pullups" that crossfit people do?

  • @TZ421 Lolled at you calling them 'pull-ups'.

They're called Kipping "Pull-ups". 90% momentum and 10% strength is the key.

I bet not a single person there could do 20 real pull-ups with perfect form.

  • @bilaba70

Camille is a former gymnast. I bet she can do plenty of dead hang pull-ups (the ones you call "real", even though they generate significantly less power).

  • nice body shape and good amount of muscle. Does not look tall though.

  • i love how most people will talk shit about crossfit and they have yet to try it out or look into. please come back and comment when you have something smart to say

  • @bighairybear30 So true. I'll never comprehend the Crossfit hate.

  • Way to drop the weights from head level! Yeah, that's safe!

  • I'd lick her post-workout asshole

  • amazing !

  • I'd fuck her mouth.

  • cocaine's a helluva drug

  • i feel sorry for her joints... when she is 50 she is done and over...

  • @calcetosocko Yeah, she will be really sorry in later years. Crossfit is really horrible...

  • yup that was fast

  • would just like to congratulate the lady in the vid,,,,well done pet bit of an animal,,good focus,,all the best Mac.

  • If I have sex with her, it will probably be my last one.

  • Truly impressive

  • will you merry me camille ?

  • Unbelieveable! That was insane. Great Job! For those saying that this is easy, first try it yourself then comment, otherwise you have no idea how difficult this routine is.

  • Her mom is sexy too!

  • dam shes sexy!

  • That looked so easy...

  • i want to fuck her

  • @serbski500 I think we all do brotha

  • I like the kipping pull-ups. More of an all over body thing. Very realistic. I know its a lame reference but its like jumping a wall in Afghanistan, never saw me using just my arms did you? lol :P

  • God fucking damn it.

I watch two videos of this amazingly hot chick, I click this video, I'm like "holy shit what a gorgeous girl", she does "pull-ups". My dick shrinks. I feel bad for calling that "pull-ups". Now I feel bad. Pull-ups. wtf. I'm... What is...? Holy sheet.

  • @Roks559 I bet that she can do more "real" pullups than you can.

  • woww, shes strong. and hott as fuck!!

  • eh dem pullups wtf is that?

  • To those that are talking shit about kipping pullups - I dare any one of you to just finish the workout. I bet you can't. Fuck off haters

  • @dangviddd you're right I can only do real pullups

  • Crossfit pullups, or kipping pullups, are not strict form pull-ups. As @cleve101 points out, 1 kipping pull-up will not develop the same strength as 1 'strict pull-up'. However, lat muscles still are used but momentum lessens the load on them. Which allows you do to more in a shorter period of time, meaning you can do more reps to get the same lat workout but are also getting some anaerobic/cardio benefits. That's why it is "cross"fit..not isolation training.

  • What the fuck kind of pull ups are those?

  • @Arturius117 crossfit pullups.... or fake pullups

  • Shes a beast

  • Why don't people get it? I'm not a "CrossFitter" at all, but why don't people understand that CrossFit IS NOT trying to be bodybuilding? It's all about challenging energy systems and overall power (with some coordination or athletic ability). "Strict form" isn't a concern of theirs. Do I agree??? No... anyone who knows proper mechanics or has had a serious injury or surgery would see the issue with these things. It's still impressive though. It's still a form of training and is very difficult.

  • i dare any of you fucking retard haters to try this WOD and complete it in anything less that 15 minutes.

21-15-9 with 95lb thrusters and pullups. CrossFit forges elite fitness. dont believe me? try it.

  • They encourage absolutely shitty form on pull-ups? Sounds like a great program.

  • Kipping pulls ups are shit for developing grip and lat strength. You're pretty much just creating momentum to make the pull up easier, why do something easy? cuz you're a bunch of lazy fucks!!!

  • so sexy

  • que buena que esta!

  • dang! but were those pullups? or what the heck were those?

  • What a badass...

  • Hahaha wdf!

  • get it girl

  • Not a single pullup was done that day.

65lbs? Won't seem so big when you have the tiny 10lb iron weights on there but the big floppy rubber weights sure make it look hard. Meh......I can have my female clients do this in about 5 weeks of training. Nothing special

  • @bumpa1501 I agree with the weights looking bigger then they would with just tens. But they make the sizing like this so the distance between the bar and the ground is the same no matter the weight.

  • for all you guys who are against crossfit, i've been doing it for a little over a year know and im in better shape than any other person i know. I can outlift, outrun, do more push ups and pullups than everybody i know who isn't a crossfitter. Before you hate, try it for 2 or three weeks. you'll never go back

  • @stuuffie I did Starting Strength for two months and I can lift more than anyone I know. I used Arthur Lydiard's training method for three months and became the fastest runner in my team instead of the slowest one I was before. When newbies are concerned, anything works. Some just work better.

  • Woah thats so weird, you look like my next girlfriend ;)

    intense training tho. Respect!!

  • i think im in love

  • after that she is ready for doing the dinner :P

  • wow! great intensity. super inspirational. great physique too

  • DAMN, awesome!

  • I watch this video before I go to the gym. Camille is a beast

  • She kicks ass!

  • im in love

  • 2:29 is so fucking sexy its not even funny. Do it girl...do it....dirty!

  • I have great respect for cross fit and the athletes that preform it. But to say this workout has pull ups in it is very misleading. I understand that using that much momentum allows you to do pull ups as fast as possible but if you are using that much momentum you are not really doing pull ups at all. It would be like saying you did a hundred push ups while you were bouncing off a trampoline every time you went down.

  • @Moggs24 and that's why these are not called pull-ups. They are called "butterfly" pull-ups. You are referring to dead hang pull-ups. Not a Crossfitter alive would disagree that 21-15-9 with dead hangs would be harder than butterfly's or kips.

  • I don't get it. Is CrossFit about good form or not? Is it about concentrated contraction or is about flailing? Kipping? Is it about building muscle or about endurance?

  • @unraveledrecords those are called butterfly pull ups, buddy. slightly easier than strict pulls, but overall, you exert far more energy, as you do more reps in a shorter amount of time. the form has always got to be sound, but the point of CF is about doing the most work, given a time constraint, or do the same amount of work as everyone else, but in the shortest time possible. either way, you're dead at the end. fun :)

  • 2:29= holy shit. Nice job Camille!

  • Those pull ups scream rotator cuff injury lol

  • I don't have flexible wrist like them, can I still do this type of press??

  • @Stan6053 yes, you can do it, just might take some work.

  • @bodybyjay or maybe its the outfit?

  • @Stan6053 Isn't about having flexible wrists. It's about dropping under the bar. The bar should be rested on the front of your shoulders not on your wrists.

  • @Stan6053 believe it or not, you can condition your wrists...at first I thought my wrists wouldn't let me do this, but after practicing with just the bar and mastering the presses with lighter weights, my wrists now allow me to go heavy. Like they say, practice makes perfect....like me, you may need a good pair of wrist wraps! good luck!

  • @Stan6053 Its not about how flexible your wrist is. Its about you flexing your bicep which you shouldnt do. A pro lifter can help you with that. ;)

  • @Stan6053

The problem with pressing with flexed wrists is that you create a cantilever in your wrist arm. The shear is transferred entirely through the joint where it was weakest leading to more pressure and higher strain. This leads to a higher likelihood of injury. Ideally you would prefer the weight to be over the wrist, and perfectly inline withe the forearm, this is more like a column. This will provide a better transfer of power and an overall better performance.

  • @Stan6053 She lets her wrists roll back so she can get more thrust from her body. I have a similar issue of inflexible wrists like you, so I just use less weight and compensate with my shoulders. On rare occassions where I can get the bar to lay across my collarbone and do a "real" thruster, the weight almost flies out of my hands from the extra force.

  • @Stan6053 i had wrist surgery and have managed to get back into it. lots of stretching all the time (not just before your workout) and warming up your wrists before you try them are key.

  • Damn she beast'd that, I'm jealous. Just did Fran yesterday and got a 7:16 w/ 95lbs... I really need to learn how to do butterfly pull-ups because pull-ups just reck my time : /

  • WTF!! is this 135?

  • I want her.

  • Anyone seen any kind of studies yet on rotator cuff injuries from the rolling chin ups?

  • Bad knee angle when she's down, she's going too low. Observe guys behind her they do it correctly.

  • @soulstream666 you cant go too low,the lower the better for knee joint safety.

  • @scarred10 Interesting, I've heard otherwise. I'll must find it ultimately.

  • I liked the part where she kipped.

  • Ammount of pullups preformed: 0

  • Good way to BUILD perfect delicous BUTTS. But you could also get injured 4 LIFE Rover.

  • holy crap, she's insane

  • I LOVE HER

  • Why don't they do straight pull ups? I was taught those pull ups were for cardio. thanks

  • WOW shes a beast!!!!!!way to go, keep up the great work!

  • hot girl though. I would smash that ass as a post workout cooldown.

  • i think im in love...

  • when i get married, i want it to be to a girl just like camille :)

  • whoever disliked this video is gay (cuz shes hot as shit) and your a douche, becasue you must not appreciate hard fuckin work.....

  • CREO QUE ME ENAMORÉ!! :B

  • The workouts are after fallen soldiers in battle.. Fran, Cindy, etc.. are all fallen heros that workouts are dedicated to.

  • @Waktsurfr This is true for the male named WODs. The women are typically some of the original CrossFit firebreathers from California or just random women's names.

  • @Waktsurfr Both are wrong. The original benchmarks (Fran, Cindy, etc.) are named after hurricanes. The new benchmarks (Annie, Eva, Kelly, etc.) are named after well known female CrossFit fire breathers. Lastly, the hero WODs (JT, Murph, etc) are fallen soldiers/servicemen.

  • beautiful, strong and fit.. my dream woman.

  • How much weight is she thrusting? What's the Rx for women for Fran?

  • @nico3641 65lbs.

  • @bodybyjay dude ...she can lift as much as i do (without rest??), ....now i feel like a pussy.

  • HOT, HOT, HOT.

  • i don't se how this can be healthy for anyone... and is that a guy or a girl?

  • 1. Camille is perfect. 2. It is soo hilarious to watch her pace next to regular (i.e. non games qualifying) crossfitters to see how fast you really have to be to compete at that level. 3. Camille is perfect.

  • time?

  • What does "FRAN" mean or any of the female names? thanks

  • @gooruraw Fran and other women's names are just the names of the workout...anything that leaves you flat on your back and begging for more should be named after a woman...

  • @bodybyjay So the name "FRAN" indicates specific type of 3-4 exercises ? Thanks for replying I appreciate your response. I love the "Cross fit" movement across the country it has practical application.

  • @gooruraw "Fran" is this particular workout 21-15-9 Thrusters and Pullups

  • What does the "FRAN" mean or any of the female names? thanks

  • are those proper pullups?

  • so hot

  • Wow, I want arms like that!

  • strong beautiful woman! Class act.

  • @polkikk1 on pullups, she's kipping so its just fine about the swinging

  • only thing i personally don't like is the way she does the pull-ups too much swinging

(but after those squat thrusts it would be very hard to do a pull-up without swinging)

BTW one question: How many different disciplines are there in a competition?

  • @polkikk1 check out games.crossfit.com

  • @bodybyjay thanx :-)

  • Damn, this girl is awesome!! She competes with the best with that time

  • damn.. nice wish i could do that.. but i have some bad knees. go girl

  • That was awesome!!

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • 65lbs.

  • I jut want to know how much weight she is using.. (?)

    Is that posible?

  • zelazna cipa

  • @tipsy3T I would also like to see you post a video of you doing a crossfit routine for time. Put your money where your muscles are. if you are a "aesthetic god", it should be no problem for you, right?

  • @tipsy3T if your a collegiate wrestler, then you should recognize some of the training done in crossfit. It's some of the same principles used in wrestling and MMA training. Curious, what training you are doing for wrestling if you are only hitting the weights like a "real man". Typical bodybuilding lifts are not functional alone. thats why it is not the only thing used in football, wrestling, military boot camp, ect. But maybe pro football, UFC fighters, and Navy seals aren't real men?

  • How heavy is that?

  • ok I dont care what any of these dbags say about cheatin with momentum that was pretty damn impressive

  • yes, regular athletes that play typical sports will train for power over real strength, however COMPETENT weightlifters know that using momentum is cheating your muscles from the exercise.

  • @tipsy3T Interesting. Could you explain to me how you do a power clean or back flip without momentum?

  • @primalenergy i would tell you to stop doing power cleans and back flips and start hitting the weights like a real man.

  • @tipsy3T Good point

  • @tipsy3T I am off to pump up with the boys. I will stop Training MMA and Gymnastics and Crossfit. And get into the much more manly pursuit of body building. I am just off to get my legs waxed, buy some fake tan and work on the peak of my biceps before I meet up with the boys to strip off and compare results. As you say building muscle like a real man. Rather than all that athletic nonsense.

  • @primalenergy well i'm a collegiate wrestler so I can't really advise you on body building competitions, but good luck on your fake tan and waxing goals for 2011!

  • BEAST

  • using momentum to do presses? good job wasting your time doing ineffective exercises.

Would rail the girl hard though.

  • @tipsy3T Try doing Fran, see how ineffective your heart really is :)

  • @janstark no thanks. I'll stick to real weight training and build actual muscle.

  • @tipsy3T That's cool :)

  • @tipsy3T i bet you couldn't do fran in a quarter of the time she finished in... even if your life depended on it. people like you love to talk shit about crossfit... but the fact of the matter is, is that you know that you can't do this so all you do is sit there with 1 thumb your ass and the other hand doing a bicep curl

  • @captainspoof101 fuck off faggot. I'm an aesthetic god when it comes to fitness. Do your pussy crossfit and stay out of a real gym.

  • @tipsy3T typical response from some fucking douchebag who has nothing to say accept insult the person who put him in his place

  • @tipsy3T What kind of person cares solely about aesthetics? Only a weak pussy. Something to cling to when you're in the gym and you see someone curling what you bench.

  • @tipsy3T Yes, using momentum. It's called POWER. ATHLETES use it. Go to any collegiate gym in the country and see what kind of exercises the football players are doing (the guys with the MUSCLE you babble about). Don't talk about things when you are clearly ignorant. These exercises build strength, power, stamina, and overall fitness. The goal is not to look like a meathead.

  • @tywonellington enjoy jerking your LIGHT weights around and looking like you're having a seizure doing pullups. LMFAO

  • @tywonellington Well put! Functional strength, energy transfer, momentum, I dont know any other idiot proof terms to use to show people that the movements aren't "cheating" silly ass people. lol

  • @tywonellington More like efficiency. These 'pullups' are performed this way in order to do the maximum number possible while avoiding fatigue. They are not designed to build muscle. They are designed to accomplish the goal of getting to the bar. Yes you will be stronger if you can do 20 of these than if you could only do 8. But it takes more strength to do them the traditional way. I can do a lot more of these than I can do standard pullups. Hard to argue that they're not easier. My $.02

  • @superherobyday more like functional. if your hanging of a cliff your not going to worry about how many strict pull ups you can do.

  • @tywonellington I've never seen any high level athlete do these type of exercises for this many reps, with this shitty form. If you think pro athletes use crossfit, you are a fucking idiot. Name a pro athlete that uses crossfit (well known).

  • @BeepimajeepBeep knowshon moreno..runningback for denver broncos...fucking idiot

  • @alex4011 You named a player I have never heard of. coming from a shitty NFL team. Good try though kid.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep ever heard of matt hasselbeck? yea ok then. now you know 2. and dont give me the excuse '' a shitty team'' the nfl is the nfl ya fuckin cunthead

  • @BeepimajeepBeep and i could keep going. good try though kid.

  • @alex4011 No you couldn't bro. Face it, crossfit is shit for elite athletes. good try though kid.

Name an athlete that is actually well known, and give me some proof...... good try kiddo
