It's called "像鸟儿一样," which means "Like a Bird." The lyrics have to do with flying and wings, so that's why she has the wings.

Never heard of ppstream. In US you can subscribe to Dish Network's Great Wall TV package to watch more than a dozen Chinese channels, including Hunan Satellite TV.
