I have two answers. A) Trapeze is a lot easier with a butterfly yo-yo, but, B) you need more practice more than you need a new yo-yo. This is a pretty hard trick to learn, so just stay with it. And if you miss, you can always play it off as a lateral pinwheel. :)

you can do these tricks because you have a pro yo yo un like some of us who just have sleeper yoyo or regular yo yo and youre pro yo yo is like 30-80 bucks!!!!!!!!!! try using a regular one its a lot harder and you cant do all the tricks you did now with a regular yoyo

@xxblackopzxx213 ok so about ur yo yo, the duncan butterfly i believe it has a fixed axel thats the reason why it

slows down. i have that yo yo too and a day after i got it the thing didnt work so maybe get a yo-yo that has a ball bearing in it so it spins faster and has a longer spin time on it. get a dark magic or something

@xxblackopzxx213 another thing too if ya wanna stay with duncan the metal drifter is a good starter yoyo and its pretty cheap. $20 or so at a toys r us or any other place that regularly sells yoyos. but mainly its the ball bearings that help the yoyo spin so just get a yoyo with ball bearings, preferably a metal one.

@GeoRge262MortY try to catch it with the left finger as close to the yoyo as possible even of it means to hurt your finger ( usually it doesnt ) .. the yoyo should spin like barely touching the finger in a very short motion

I want to do tricks like these, (I think they are called string tricks correct? or loop?)

Is a Fast 201 good? I saw someone said Lyn Fury was good, but it said intermediate, (I'm a small 15 year old teen btw so I don't know if that's called a beginner as in age or beginner as in skill) also saw Journey/Velocity.

Planning on buying from yoyonation as everyone said it's the best.

@uEpicPhaiL most begginers like to get responsive yoyos that will be hard to land on a string i suggest you buy and advanced yoyo and learn to bind there fore you will not have wasted 15 dollars on a cheap shitty yoyo but would have upgraded to a better unresponsive yoyo that you will soon learn to use

i say yoyo jam legacy is the best cheapest plastic unresponsive yoyo on the market and can be used for inter mediate to advanced however it is very unresponsive and cannot be used for begginer
