i think clasifing someone as a poseur just because they like a song is stupid, one can like a song without liking the whole band, and can like a band without liking every song they do. metallica is a great example, awesome songs in the past, an awfull present
@saintmaster22 What about the people who go around boasting "I love Metallica" but can't name me a song featured in Guitar Hero or Rock Band? That would at least have to classify. I do agree that you can like one song but if you say you like the band and buy t shirts and other memorabilia because of "Enter Sandman" or "One" then you're in the running for being a poser.

What's worse is the people in Fiend Skull t-shirts who don't realize that it's the mascot of The Misfits and ask "Who's that?".
