@cbhitman1 They needed a solid introduction I think to build her character development as a former depressed closeted artist to a strong entertainer. You know, it's One Tree Hill there's no such thing as a shallow or one-dimensional character. Even Alex Dupree is deep. They are making Erin likeable by giving her somewhat of a back story.
