@oMRkiiTTyPoOpYaHoO - well thank you for that comment it was so informative! The reality is that when this was made I was new to Savvies and was told he was 3 months old. I don't think overall it makes a HUGE difference in the video itself...and I'm not taking down something I worked on due to incorrect info I received when I purchased him. Again...ty for the comment despite the fact it was said only to correct me! whee!

Great animal! I will get my savannah in about 2 weeks, I'm so excited, I can't wait...! :D  But this is 3 month old? Now you scared me, man! :-) After 3 months it will be this big? PPPppfffff.....where wil I put it? :-))Anyway...I have many questions, it is my first savannah...maybe you can help me in time! :-) Nice video.

Well there are 3 different Savannahs in this video. One we were told was 3 mos old, I think he may have been a bit older. The others are well over that...

When I compare him to now....I have no clue how little he was then.....but looking at hatchlings, I know he had to be well past 3 mos then! But we love him anyways! Ty for the comment!

ahh, no he was curling it to hit us. We use supplements for Calcium and Minerals for him most of the time.... just didn't want the powdered donut effect there!

Ohh sorry for the long answer....it needs to be pretty big, from what I understand...I know the full grown monitors I've seen are in around 8' by 4 foot tanks....though those are guestimates on my part.

Hey Whats up i took my sav to the vet today everything was fine at 1st they thought he might have worms but it wasn't that they said it was the super worms hes to small to have them at his age i didn't know that i guess there to big for him but yeah just want it to tell u how everything want

hey Chris, I'm glad all is okay with him...they do make mini superworms I think they are....just a smaller version, or phoenix worms, horn worms etcetera :) Glad he's good!

Hey my sav keeps VOMITING for some reason this been going on for 2 weeks now do you know why hes doing that i feed him crickets and super worms his tanks is always nice and warm

Sounds to me like a vet visit is in order....vomiting can be caused by parasites, blockage of some sort or overfeeding. If it has been going on for 2 weeks I would really urge you to take him to your vet ASAP :) good luck with him and let me know how things go!

he really is a sweetie and TY for the rating! :) I got the bugs from one of our local Reptile stores, they come in a pack with their food in it and grow over a week or so to feeding size.

ohh carp I thought I answered this..talk about getting old lol. The green bug is a Goliath worm and I actually got it from one of the reptile shops here...I haven't seem them anyplace but there and on my tomato plants when I lived in Bama...
