@jsf1league to fix it so it fits the screen, when in sony vegas right hand click on your video.. go to switches and click maitain aspect ratio :)

video rendering does not really depend on anything other than CPU and CPU speed. if you have a quad core processor, your video rendering will be a lot faster, but you have a duo core unfortunately

if your using HD then you cannot stop the large files. dont put it into movie maker as i really hate it as it will ruin the quality if you mess around too much. you will just have to leave it uploading over night, thats what i do. its not that big of problem.
