  • This is one of the best combos of ab workouts I've ever tried. Awesome! Now I have about 20 days left until Nekocon and I think I can finish toning up in time thanks to this workout XD -your fellow Ame-Comi Robin cosplayer ^^v

  • @psychopits ohh umm i wanted to ask,, i just started school and i dont have time to work out anymore,, what should i do so i dont get my fat back?? and the only food i can get is fast food.. long drive home,, ugh i was trying to get thin for collage girls T_T

  • @psychopits It's going to be very difficult if you can't cut back on fast food. I'd say go out of your way to do extra things here and there. Instead of walking to class try jogging or taking the stair instead of the elevator. Park a little farther than you normally would so you can get some extra exercise. Hopefully things like that will help but a large part of weight loss is your diet.

  • @AntiAiChan well i do get somewhat exercise but what i started doing is instead of ordering a combo like soda fries. i just get something small like a kids meal or just a cheeseburger.. you should make a how too or a informative video for collage students.. that would be cool..

  • @AntiAiChan well you could wing it... gather up some facts like what to order if your schools only source of food is junk food, look up calorie charts. talk about what to eat if your in a budget. how its important too eat in the morning too keep your metabolism up. and how a slow metabolism makes you get fat. you can talk about the exorcises you told me, like parking far to walk or jog too class, take the stairs, lol or use your back pack as a free weight.

  • I'm only slightly chubby (still among the average tho) and have been doing this for two weeks, I've already have a little bit more shape on my stomach :0

  • i hate working out but i know its good for me.. and i need to drop 70 pounds... i know its hard but i lost 20 all ready.. so i got to keep it up.. also my goal is slim down so i can dress up as wolverine at comic-con..

  • You forgot to mention nutrition and diet, those are the key elements of any workout routine but you did have some really good advice as well.

  • @TrevorTWS I actually mention diet in my description because I mainly wanted to show what exercises I used since that's what many people were asking about. But I 100% agree, diet and nutrition are the key element of a good workout.

  • @18kaoru lol That's why I like the timed method instead of number of reps. If you aren't used to working out, just go slow and worry about doing the format properly. Once you get the hang of things and your core becomes stronger, you'll be able to naturally increase how many you do in one minute. Just keep up the hard work but don't push yourself too much.

  • @18kaoru lol I make most of my costumes, though there are parts that I don't always make from scratch such as a shirt or pants here or there. If you can buy something I don't see you need to make it. I usually say what I made/what I bought on my DA or ACP account. As for how I choose my characters, I pick characters who I really enjoy and then narrow it down on who I think I could physically pull off such as body type, hair color, sewing skill level, etc.

  • @AntiAiChan well i cant pull anyone off but i did make the roxas one out of a bunch of clothes and junk but i didnt look to good as him and ive been deiting and eating right and exercising ive been "TONING MY TOKI ABS" and ive seen results i love its soon ill be able to pull off sai

    yesterday i was doing some work out like this and now my freakin lower stomach and my legs are really sore

    i tried to do some excirsing today but i just could only run

    its funny cause i have gym in school and today was our first day but i couldn't do alot and my friends were all like wow is your first day here and your all tired lol they must think i am really out of shape lol

  • Warning: At 4:06 Exercise recommended may cause involuntary Farting. Keep small children clear of the vicinity where the physical activities are being conducted. If just recently ate at Taco Bell make sure the vacated area is extended to a 5 mile radius.

  • Just to add - be careful putting your hands behind your head when you're doing crunches, it could hurt your neck.
