I love camaron culichi, even though i know how to make it, I still order it at Mariscos Chihuaha! :-) your the first person I seen make this, great job
I have come back to this video like 6 times already for this recipe. I usually use 2 chile poblanos. I also like to use a combination of shrimp bullion and chicken bullion. I use 2 cubes of shrimp bullion and one of chicken. Another thing I do different is that I just melt the cheese on the pan instead of oven I just realized the last time I made this I forgot to add the garlic to it but still it tasted awesome. Thanks again for the recipe definitely a winner for me.
I like it bro. My comments; blend the salsa muy poko like James Brown sez "make it funky(chunky)", also no need to be too serious about removing seeds, that's where the kick in "kick in kick it up a notch" comes from.
@Myrockstarnails , I appreciate it, I haven't been fluent since I was a kid but espanol was actually my first language believe it or not. I am re-teaching myself so I can pass it on to my kids.
I have had this in Tucson, in fact it was our favourite restaurant and dish. I tried making it at home back in Canada without a recipe with roasted jalapenos and avocado, and it came out fantastic! Happy cooking!
Thanks the recipe I would just like to add for those that don't really like spicy foods you would want to cut back on the chile poblano. I would say either one or two chile poblanos instead of five. This can vary since some chiles are spicier than others though .
Ur the koolest black guy out there bro just to let u know my fams from culichi Wich is short for culiacan the city in Sinaloa wich is were all the cartels n those type of things r from lol it's all about Sinaloa lol

I really enjoyed your video. I come from the Texas/ Louisana area, and just like you I love just about anything that comes out of the sea. I moved to San Diego awhile back, and have come into contact with alot of people from Sinaloa. I don't know but I think they have the best food and just about the finest women in all of Mexico. Ajuaaa, nice video boss.
I figured 'Banda Sinaloense' was fitting for this episode :). Also wanted to note something for anyone who has made this recipe. You can cut the bouillon back by a tablespoon if you like due to salt content. I actually now use 2 tablespoons(depending on the strength of the white onion, which can be strong at times).
Shouts out to Jevon we're from Tucson too! My gf and I just went to Mariscos Chihuahua not too long ago and became eager to find this recipe, thank you for posting it!

Hey man,
Great recipe! Can't wait to try it. I've ordered that here in Sonora, Mex and it is very flavorful. Do you know the recipe for Camarones Bacanora?
Bacanora being Mexican "moonshine" in these parts. They seem to be similar. Once again thanks for the recipe.
