Damn.. whats that rattling sound on higher rpm's? I have it too on my S (with spoon exh) Any idea?

@sbogadi hmm, then it souldnt make that sound when holding the gearknob at those rpms. I know i has som issues with rattling from my hardtop before, sithc i solved using a rubber-tube on one of the hooks in the front. Maybe there is something else with the hardtop.. Maybe i'll try to litsen for it with the softtop :) Top down you cant hear a thing anyway...

@lindstrom26 you can hear that there is no rattling when i shift gears... try to do something with that hooks, you can adjust them in any direction... Mine hardtop was making some noise but that's not the same as on this video. I also had some water leakage when raining when hardtop was on :)

Did you fix your leakage by adjusting the hooks? I have some small leakage as well.

@lindstrom26 well, no. There wasn't a good contact between the windshield and the hardtop. I tried to fix it with the silicone sealant but wasn't very successful.

I wouldnt go cheap on a hardtop...its the best investment you can make on a S2000.

hey, are there hardtops that is around $500-$800 range? i did my research and only saw carbon fiber ones (which is so useless to go fiber hardtop when you can go topless for lightness) thanks!

can you buy a hartop even if you get the soft top. im planning on getting a s2k maybe ap1 and it has a soft top, so will the hardtop work.

Yeah you get a kit with the hardtop, just attach the bits to your car and on goes the hardtop.

Some people have taken the softop out all together to save weight, but tbh i would just leave it there

No, there is no kit for installing the hardtop.

You have two holes on each side of the car and you just put your hardtop into it and lock it with 4 latches - two at the back and two on the windshield. Very simple and no tool required.

There are two Spoon N1 kits available for S2000, twin and single muffler. This is single exhaust muffler (prod. number 18000-AP1-000).
