pretty sure the bad subtitles are because this was taken from a Chinese bootleg. the English subs from their DVDs are always grammatically incorrect

-.- pissed off, LUNA is a word with a meaning, you cannot make it become RUNA causa it has another totale different meaning! i don't care about japanese romanization!

luna = moon

runa = rune

it's italian guys!

Japanesse can not say L, all will be pronounced R

Luna becomes Runa

Light becomes Raito or Reito

Libya becomes Ribiya

etc...

Actually, the sound is more of a cross between L and R that is romanized as R.

They use the "R" sound to represent both R and L when borrowing from other languages, though.
