Fun Fact. Most people who are refering to wanting "Mega Man" in MVC are usually referring to X. I mean. ..I think X wouldn't be that good in this game, not only wasn't he the best in the MVC1/2. His normals would be..what..punch kick slide? ..And since he's X and not classic, sure there might be some advantages/improovements but some disadvantages aswell. + ..Arthur's Modes already cover his uses pretty well..if he had Ammy's weapon changes, I guess he'd be worth it, But Zero ftw though
@BarmSchulz finally someone who agree's with me, Zero plays out as a better character with a better moveset with simple and advance combos, megaman as much as i used him in the other MVC's was a dull character and didnt have much gameplay. pretty much the only thing they could give X if they put him in the game would be projectiles or his secret shoryuken and lets face it there are enough characters with traits like that already in the game.
@bushicheeno you underestimate Capcom if you think they wouldn't give him a unique move set, just look at Phoenix Wright he has an awesome move set and in his games he didn't even fight.

I am aware of the Dev Room, however the amount of feedback was not enough. I know a lot of people wanted Legends 3, but apperently, not everybody didn't. I am also aware of the movements to try to get it back, but I think its too late. They had their chance and blew it. And about the marketing, that's your opinion. Don't worry, its all good. Inafune leaving might be part of the reason, but I was keeping track of the numbers, and compared to the millions of people who wanted it, it was still low. Well I like X, but you are right about the haters. They complain way too much. As for Legends 3, thats one half of it. The other half would be that the fans wanted the game, but did not try hard enough for it.

Resorting to name calling I see. Amusing. Anyway, I remember the Dev Room Capcom started it for the feedback, well sadly it was not enough. Out of the millions of people who wanted it, most did not leave feedback. With such low feedback, the game most likely would have failed anyway. It was a business move. Don't blame Capcom. The fans had their chance for the game, and lost it. Sucks I know, but grow up and move on.

I am aware of the Dev Room, however the amount of feedback was not enough. I know a lot of people wanted Legends 3, but apperently, not everybody didn't. I am also aware of the movements to try to get it back, but I think its too late. They had their chance and blew it. And about the marketing, that's your opinion. Stop whining like a child and grow up.

@greenac88 I forgot to say this in my last comment but capcom did not shut down the project because of fan feedback.They most likely got cold feet and thought that fans would not buy it because kenji left.Capcom Europe didn't know what they were talking about hen they made that comment on twitter.It is not the fan's fault.(P.S Sorry for calling you a n00b.I got a little carried away.)

Don't worry, its all good. Inafune leaving might be part of the reason, but I was keeping track of the numbers, and compared to the millions of people who wanted it, it was still low. With that, Capcom probably thought it wasn't going to sell well. Also, from their prespective, they most likely did not want to put money into a game that probably would have failed.

Ryota Nitsuma is not the smart enough to think on Megaman's powers and gadgets to make him into this UMVC3, I demand this guy Ryota and Seth Killian to be fired from Crapcom for useless. We need people with imagination and loyalty to the fans, not this selfish limited on imagination developers. These fools have made too many people unhappy this year. I'd spent too much money on Crapcom and now I'm feeling betrayed. DO NOT BUY CRAPCOM GAMES, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OF GAMING OUT THERE.
