I didn't see Simeon get voted off, and can't find any information on why he vanished. Someone mentioned that there are other people his age and younger that can play the piano that well BUT Simeon also has a PERSONALITY. There were thousands of people who could play the piano better than Liberace during his lifetime but Liberace sold out concerts all over the world and made hundreds of millions of dollars whereas all the others combined did not have his success nor were they as entertaining

How could Piers say that he has more talent than any other act he's seen, and not put him through. This show has turned into a show that promotes sideshow stupidity instead of actual talent. It's sickening for them to pretend to want to find "talent" when they pass up Simeon Mulder for some of the other, absolutely STUPID acts because a jackass like Howie is into S&M and loves to watch people make fools of themselves.

I agree, when you have people like Simeon and Michael Grasso an other people who dont make it through to the live auditions is just plain stupid. Then the judges put in acts like the Chips Cooney an the Air band people it just ruins the show. An then the judges were talking about how Alice Tan Ridley was one of the greatest then they turn around an all 3 put Studio One in. Another thing i must add is singers are taking over the show. American Idol is for singers. 4 of 5 winners are singers
