Hated these shows, shitty animations with giant square chins, giant square chests with hardly any muscle definition...DC is finally getting it right with these new animated movies...Mainly the Batman: Gotham Knights which was anime so you know its gonna be good and the Superman/Shazaam: Return of Black Adam was pretty good. "Robin's Reckoning" of batman: the animated series comes to mind, but really - almost all of the episodes had some kind of moral of the story.

Myself, I get thrown away from comics because I have such a hard time following. For me, a story needs to go from beginning to end, even if the ending is just another beginning. The marvel and DC universes stretch back way too far with too many retcons for me to be able to get into them very well.
My other big issue is with the rules governing the multiverses.
In the comics I have tried to read, they tend to try to use the physics of our world as the basis for their universe, then proceed to break every single law of physics imaginable. On an incredibly inconsistent basis. That is usually because of the plethora of people that go into making the stories of comics. In mangas, which I tend to read, it's the same people making the story from start to finish, so the rules don't tend to be broken compared to comics. Or maybe that's just me
@Dante95nyc Little kids today still have plenty of good cartoons to watch. The difference is they are spread out over the week instead of jam packed into a 5 hour time window on Saturday.

They're very reminiscent of these earlier cartoons. Mostly because they have some of the same people working on them. Dwayne McDuffie, creator of Static Shock and writer for much of the DCAU. Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Static Shock. Teen Titans and JL: Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Coming from a true smallville fan like i am it probably will be considered to do a 10th season cause the ratings are so high i do not see how they could stop. But just in case it does happen to be the last season they should really consider making a batman or flash tv live action show. Hope they dont make season 5 of supernatural the last cause that is also my fav.

There is no conceivable way that the Flash would be able to move at the speeds he does without his body falling apart. (Not to mention the other complications of hitting even a small object.) They explain away this particular bit of physics by saying he uses the Speed Force to protect himself. Now, if you want to try and say that F=ma isn't physics, then I'll be happy to call you an idiot.

@alwaysloveblue No they don't. They just have too many crappy Japanese cartoons on TV for people to notice the good ones. Ben 10 Ultimate Alien and Generator Rex are both good shows. They're very reminiscent of these earlier cartoons. Mostly because they have some of the same people working on them. Dwayne McDuffie, creator of Static Shock and writer for much of the DCAU. Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Static Shock. Teen Titans and JL: Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Coming from a true smallville fan like i am it probably will be considered to do a 10th season cause the ratings are so high i do not see how they could stop. But just in case it does happen to be the last season they should really consider making a batman or flash tv live action show. Hope they dont make season 5 of supernatural the last cause that is also my fav.

I agree with leonlogan. I mean superman isn't my fave(♥batman is♥) but I still don't think that superman can actually be beaten, he might take a few hard punches and some knock outs but the only one who's ever come close was doomsday and hey superman 'died'. ....if the Flash were running that fast and Superman stuck his arm out, it should've sliced the Flash in two. Then again, every time Superman flies up to catch Lois Lane as she's falling (or anyone), they should explode, because hitting Superman's arms is hitting something way harder than the street below you.

Actually, you're forgetting the impulse, which is exactly what you're describing--the change in force over time. Besides, the Flash is protected from high-speed impacts (meaning they won't kill him. You saw he was in pain), and Superman's TOUGHER than concrete, not HARDER. Like how an inch or two of kevlar is tougher than an inch or two of wood, or how spider webbing is stronger than steel. She'd be fine, except for the sudden stop. Like you said, "f*** the physics."

There is no conceivable way that the Flash would be able to move at the speeds he does without his body falling apart. (Not to mention the other complications of hitting even a small object.) They explain away this particular bit of physics by saying he uses the Speed Force to protect himself. Now, if you want to try and say that F=ma isn't physics, then I'll be happy to call you an idiot.
