Looks like a hammer press from GA-- but I imagine with those, you can adjust the ROM alot easier. Thats gotta be hell the lower you go. Ive been using rings on and off for GA and am just starting level 1. Love the channel. Peace
Man, it took almost 4 days to heal from doing 3 sets of about 3-- not even where i need to be in terms of form yet, but it's so much harder than dips. I crack up when ppl critisize these exersizes, haha. Cheers, and I'm also waiting on the stretching flexibility and strength book too... 8>P
Real strength for what? Since strenght is very specific. Also there are many more difficult exercises. If you want more difficulty with this particular exercise- Try lower handles and see how difficult it gets.

Most of these exercises are so basic. Not enough to build real strength.

If it's too easy then add reps, wear a weight vest, do it 1-armed, lots of options. Fact is, it's a nice movement, and he's showing the basic form.
