i seriously prefer MING DAO instead of Ethan Ruan to play in the fated to love you because Chen Qiao En seems to be more at easy when acting w/Ming Dao plus Ming Dao's acting is wayyyyyy better than Ethan but thats wat i think. And simply the fact that Ming Dao and Chen Qiao En have a history in acting together and they look soooo cute and hot together is enough to have Ming Dao in the fated to love you drama!they should remake it with Ming Dao.

No, Ming Dao is older than Ethan Ruan, and hmm they have different last names, different parents and soo.. they are not related, nor brothers. MD began working with Chen Qiao En first. FTLY was offered to MD first, he turned it down, then Ethan took up the role. MD did his #3 collaboration with QE in Stand By You/Let's Dance which is now out on DVD, no english subbing..

Your also right but in this drama our Frog Prince american name is Ethan that is what seems to get everyone mixed up with the real actor Ethan Ruan who also starred with our leading lady in "Fated to Love You" 2008. I agree both male leads have similar dark looks and charamastic personalities and our ladies men perhaps that is why Ethan was chosen for the role.
