Move your crosshairs over the target, pull the trigger, and hope to get lucky. You can't honestly say 'oh, he moved a certain way after he shot him, so the bullet hit the other guy'.

Why to use Grip? Because Steady aim do as fine job as Grip and you can use Perk1 for something else.
