Almost half the states are currently considering "line in the sand" legislation. Some have already passed this type of legislation. Montana even has a proposal to allow in-state firearms manufacturers and purchasers to do so without submitting to the draconian BATFE dictates. This "line in the sand" legislation will be adopted by other states as well, as they compete for, and attempt to attract, one of the last viable manufacturing endeavors directly related to the fight for Liberty.

A civil war is when groups are fighting for power over others (each other, usually).

Liberty has nothing to do with it.

I believe the use of the term "Civil War" is deliberate, to make those fighting for their own freedom seem evil, like they are trying to usurp "rightful" government.

True. A Civil War is where two factions battle over control over the central government. Clearly this is not the case in NH.
