@ClaudiaNihon Hi Claudia! Thank you for watching... The bowl belongs to my mother-in-law... This was when we used to live with them. :) I miss living with them.
@bimvirgil Definitely, brown sugar should be alright. I don't think there would be much difference since we're not adding that much. Thank you so much for your comment!
I think I am going to try and make this with Seitan (I don't eat beef)and because I'm not a big onion person use shallots and just eliminate the green onion. I love watching others videos and improvising them for my taste. I really like your channel...not all that jib jab with irrelevant stories that have NOTHING to do with the food!
@ItsMeFawn Thank you so much! Same here, I always love improvising each recipe I learn and make it my own. And I also like keeping my videos simple and straight to the point. Thank you for your comment and support! ♥
I love that egg on top! If you leave an egg wrapped in kitchen paper on top of some freshly steamed rice in the cooker for 1 hour, you will have 1 nice onsen tamago. But then again, who leaves freshly steamed rice in the cooker for an hour in a Filipino house? lol
i will be doing that :D thank your for the recipe, it's not that hard apparently :D. i had gyudon when i was in Japan and I loved it

@stephaniemae925 I bought the soy sauce at our local Japanese market. You can see it 0:16. But you can use Kikkoman. Thanks for your comment. ♥
